Tammy Colley, our Nursery Manager, has worked at Green Top Nursery Since 1998. Tammy has a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in nursery nursing, a Level 3 in Management and 26 years of childcare experience. Tammy's role is to oversee the general running of the nursery and to ensure high standards are met at all times. 

Kirsty Preece, who is our Deputy Manager, has a Cache level 3 diploma in childcare, level 2 in Team Leading and 16 years experience in childcare and has worked at Green Top since 2005. Kirsty's role includes overseeing the running of the nursery when the manager is not present. Kirsty is also the nursery senco and spends time in all the rooms to ensure all staff practice is of a high standard at all times.  

Alisha Rashid is one of our Nursery Assistants and has worked at Green Top since October 2021. Alisha has achieved a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and is currently working towards a Level 3. Alisha also has 2 years experience in childcare. 

Natalie Patchett is one of our Room Leaders and has worked at Green Top since June 2014. Natalie has a Cache level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce, a Level 2 in Team Leading and has 11.5 years childcare experience. 

Mandy Slater is one of our Room Leaders and has worked at Green Top since November 2020. Mandy has achieved a NNEB Level 3 Diploma in childcare, Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership and has 23 years of experience in childcare. 

Maddie Perfitt is our Nursery Chef and has worked at Green Top since March 2021. Maddie has a NNEB Level 3 Diploma in Childcare with 9 years of childcare experience.
